Welcome to Adirondack Green House Basketry, your source for quality artisan basketry! Adirondack Green House Basketry offers four sizes of my contemporary version of the iconic Adirondack Pack Basket. They are woven in the same historic design, using Select Quality reed rather than native ash. All cotton harnesses are custom made by me as well.

All Adirondack pack baskets are made with rattan reed and solid pine skids and bases. The harnesses are sturdy cotton webbing with nickel plated steel hardware. These baskets are stained with a mix of MinWax stain and mineral spirits. Color choices for the harness and stain are listed with each basket description. Each basket has a sewn in handle that matches the harness.

Adirondack Pack Basket – Youth Red/Oak

This is a contemporary version of the iconic Adirondack Pack Basket. It is woven with select quality reed and has a solid wood interior base and exterior skids. The basket and wood components are stained with a mix of Minwax non-poly stain and mineral spirits

The harness is made by me as well, using sturdy cotton webbing and nickel-steel hardware. There is a sewn in matching cotton handle.
